Please Note: Because each system is slightly different we manually enhance and map fields to match our system. For this reason we are not able to use XML files as continues live feeds. You can send us a CSV or XML file once every 30 days for uploading free of charge. Feeds are uploaded beginning of each month.
You can easily manage your properties through your management area, including searching using your own reference number, deleting, listing new properties and editing.
Standard fields we use:
Location: City, Area, Region, Country
Sale type: resale, off-plan or new-build (Sales only)
Price: Price and Currency (rentals, include prices and dates)
Description: (If using CSV, you can replace:
commas "," with #nmc# replace(description,",","#nmc")
empty lines #nmp# replace(description,vblf,"#nmp#")
Images: full url (address) to each image (up to 16)
Always include as much information as possible, we have many other fields that we use, this will enhance your listing.
