Please Note: Because each system is slightly different we manually enhance and map items to match our system. For this reason we are not able to use XML files as continues live feeds. XML files are automatically updated every 30 days free of charge. Feeds are uploaded beginning of each month.

You can easily manage your properties through your management area, including searching using your own reference number, deleting, listing new properties and editing.

If you don’t have an XML FEED but you would like to list a larger amount of properties, visit xml2u.com (from propertyworld.com). They can pull your property information directly from your website or a site where your properties are listed, and create an xml feed that we can use. Click here for details
Standard attributes we use:
Location: City, Area, Region, Country
Sale type: resale, off-plan or new-build (Sales only)
Price: Price and Currency (rentals, include prices and dates)
Description: (If using CSV, you can replace:
commas "," with #nmc# replace(description,",","#nmc")
empty lines #nmp# replace(description,vblf,"#nmp#")
Images: full url (address) to each image (up to 16)
Always include as much information as possible, we have many other attributes that we use, this will enhance your listing.
