Calling international numbers.

Each country has its own international dialing code when dialing abroad. For example North America uses 011 and European countries use 00. When dialing Europe from North America , use the number format of 011 + Country code + number. Most European countries also use a prefix number (usually 0) when dialing nationally, for example if you find a number listed as (44) (0) 123 456 7890, omit the prefix (0) as this is only used when dialing nationally.
When calling North America from Europe follow the number format of 00 + Country code (1) + State/City code + number, for example Florida: 00 1 407 123 4567.
