Shopping, restaurants and the world famous St Lawrence Gap are all within walking distance. The complex has a shared pool, in the the unique shape of a guitar, and beach access is easy from the garden area. The Penthouse, No. 8, is a spacious two bedroom, two bathroom apartment on the top floor of the northern side of the complex. The apartment is well appointed, with a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living area leading on to the balcony where you have your own private plunge pool - the ideal spot to relax, sip a drink, and enjoy the spectacular views! The bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and both have twin beds. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Maid service is provided two days a week. Rates quoted are plus 7.5% VAT.
