Elsewhere is ingeniously designed to afford maximum privacy. There are three bedrooms in the main house, including the top floor master suite which comprises a large bedroom with patio, bathroom and studio.

The separate Pool House offers two further bedrooms, with bathrooms ensuite, which overlook the free form swimming pool. In addition the Garden Apartment comprises two bedrooms which share a large bathroom, as well as a living room with kitchenette and patio.

On the ground floor the main house there is a large living room and dining room, an airy patio and barbeque terrace looking out to the Caribbean Sea, as well as an enclosed courtyard with a fountain.

The facilities include a beautifully designed kitchen, laundry, staff quarters, enclosed drying yard and storage area.

The property is completely enclosed and has electronically operated main gates and a guard hut. It is centrally air-conditioned and has an alarm system and phones in almost every room. The main house has a basement area where the air condition units, the water softener and the pool pump and solar tanks are all housed. There is also a large air-conditioned room for storage of wine. The water storage tanks and a generator, which can run the house in case of loss of electricity, are housed in the sub-basement area. There is a two car garage with remote control and a cabana at the Sandy Lane Property Owners Beach facility.
