This brand new holiday villa in Protaras is in a stunning position, in a secluded location, only 2km to Protaras and a few minutes drive to Fig Tree Bay. It has a large kidney shaped pool and will sleep a maximum of 8/9 people.
It has 4 bedrooms and separate loft space. Bedroom 1 on the ground floor has bunk beds. The other bedrooms are on the 1st floor and the master double bedroom has en-suite shower and small private balcony. Adjacent to the master bedroom and accessed via the balcony or downstairs bedroom is a small attic sitting room with a single and a double sofa beds, suitable for children. There is a further double bedroom and a single bedroom both with en-suite shower rooms and both sharing the L shaped balcony that overlooks the swimming pool and has sea views.
On the ground floor there is a comfortable living area with fireplace, satellite TV, and DVD player. The kitchen is well equipped and the dining table seats 6. Cloakroom on the ground floor.
Air conditioning included. 4 WD vehicle advised as the road/track to the villa is uneven in places. We can arrange car hire at competitive rates please ask us for details.
Location
A 5 minute drive to the beaches of Protaras including the spectacular Fig Tree Bay. The beautiful Konnos Bay is a just a 10 minute drive. Ayia Napa with it’s harbour area, shops and lively nightlife as well as Waterworld are only 15 minutes away. The town of Paralimni is 15 minutes drive and has 2 large supermarkets as well as many shops and an interesting town centre.
