A beautiful brand new 3 bed villa set in a secluded position with stunning sea views of the coastal area of Protaras. It is tastefully furnished to a very high standard and is fully air-conditioned. Sleeps 8.
Close to Protaras and the beaches at Fig Tree Bay and Konnos Bay, as well as being near to tavernas, shops and supermarkets.

The villa sleeps 8 people. There is one double bedroom on the ground floor with en-suite shower room.
On the first floor there is one double and one twin bedroom. There is also an open plan attic-type room which can be used as a bedroom with two single beds – only suitable for children since it is a open area and has a low sloping ceiling. Family bathroom.

The ground floor is open plan and in the lounge there is a four seater and a two seater leather settee. There is an open wood fire and a satellite TV, plus DVD player. The dining table will seat six people.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle.
Ground floor bathroom with a Jacuzzi type shower, w.c. and washbasin.

Other Features
The swimming pool is 10m x 5m and has a waterfall rock area at one end of the pool.
Sunbeds are provided and there is plenty of patio furniture. There is also a large built in barbecue.
A stroll through the garden will take you to fishponds, a hammock and what only be described as a siesta area in the trees. The views from the patio/veranda areas are truly stunning, and there are many nature walks to be taken in the hills.

Cot hire can be arranged if required at a small supplement. Linen and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels.

Location
A 5 minute drive to the beaches of Protaras including the spectacular Fig Tree Bay. The beautiful Konnos Bay is a just a few minutes drive. Ayia Napa with it’s harbour area, shops and lively nightlife as well as Waterworld are only 15 minutes away. There is also a smaller water park in the Pernera area of Protaras. The town of Paralimni is 15 minutes drive and has 3 large supermarkets as well as many interesting shops. Take a seat outside one of the cafes in the square and sit and watch the world go by.
