A beautiful 3 bed villa with private pool in Ayia Thekla near Ayia Napa. Close to the beach. Sleeps 8. Ideal family villa. Quiet location but only a few minutes drive to all the local amenities.

Accommodation
This is a large well furnished villa particularly suited for families. It is in a quiet location overlooking fields, yet only a few minutes drive from the nearby resort of Ayia Napa and all its attractions.
Downstairs is open plan with a lounge area with TV, DVD and CD player, seating for 6, dining table and 6 chairs, well equipped kitchen including electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. There is also a shower room with w.c. This area has air conditioning units and ceiling fans.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite facilities. Patio doors lead out onto first floor veranda and overlook the pool area. Bedroom two has twin beds, and bedroom 3 has bunk beds as well as a single bed with additional pull out bed beneath. All bedrooms have air conditioning and built in wardrobes. There is also a family bathroom upstairs. There is also a safe.

A travel cot and stair gates are available if required.

The swimming pool (8m x 4m) is accessed via the lounge and the large terrace is complete with patio furniture, sun loungers and BBQ area. The garden has railings with gates to the pool as a safety measure. This is particularly useful if you have young children. Linen and towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels. LOCATION
The property is located in Ayia Thekla, a two minute drive is the famous Waterworld at Ayia Napa and the secluded Ayia Thekla beach. The busy resort of Ayia Napa and the beautiful Nissi Beach are about 6km away. In Ayia Napa you will find the old harbour area with its fish tavernas, an abundance of shops, the picturesque monastery, and of course a buzzing nightlife. The quieter resort of Protaras with the stunning Fig Tree bay is 10km away. The traditional Cypriot town of Paralimni is also about 10 km. and has interesting shops, tavernas and a pretty town square where you can sit in one of the cafes and watch the world go by.
