Villa - House to rent in Ayia Napa Famagusta Cyprus

This spacious luxury family villa is located on the hillside above the resort of Ayia Napa. It has four bedrooms and will sleep 9. The villa boasts a large kidney shaped pool with ample space for sunbathing and a large covered area with hammock to relax in the shade.

The villa is on three floors with the top floor boasting a roof terrace with a hot tub to relax in, additional seating and from here you can enjoy stunning panoramic views of the area.

The ground floor comprises an open plan living area and is tastefully furnished. The lounge has seating for 8, satellite TV (local not SKY), and DVD player. There is also a large fireplace for the winter months. The large dining table will seat 8. Patio doors lead to the terrace which overlooks the pool area and is an ideal place to enjoy a barbecue and dine al fresco. The well equipped modern kitchen includes fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher as well as a full complement of crockery and utensils. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.

Upstairs the villa has four bedrooms, 2 doubles, one twin, and one large bedroom with a double and single bed. There is a large family bathroom with whirlpool bath and separate shower. All bedrooms are elegantly furnished, three of them having balconies. We can provide a cot and an additional fold up bed for a 10th person for a small supplement.

The villa is air conditioned and this is included in the price.

Outside there are pleasant colurful gardens and there is a garage to keep your car in the cool as well as additional off road parking. Sunbeds and oudoor patio furniture is provided for 10+ people and there is a gas BBQ. Linen and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels.

Location

Villa Rainbows End is set in the Kokkines area of Ayia Napa, also known as the “Hollywood” of the area because of the large and palatial villas built in this location. It is on a hillside above the resort of Ayia Napa, part of an exclusive development, and has fabulous coastal views. It is about 5 minutes to drive into the resort and here you will find something for everyone. The lovely old harbour area boasts several fish restaurants and tavernas and you can take a boat trip from here. There are plenty of shops, amusements for children, entertainment and nightlife. Restaurants and cafes cater for every taste and there is the old monastery to visit. There are many beautiful sandy beaches in the area and no more than a 5 to 10 minute drive away.

A car is essential at this villa although taxis are very reasonable. We can arrange car hire for your holiday at very competitive rates. Please ask us for details.
