Villa to rent in Protaras - 4 bedrooms sleeps 8 with private pool. This villa is in an ideal location. Located in the Pernera area of Protaras just 250 metres from the beach, 2 minutes from restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets yet situated in an exclusive complex of villas set back from the main road enjoying peaceful surroundings. No car necessary as everything is on your door step.

The villa has four bedrooms, private pool and will sleep 8. The spacious living area has a lounge with leather sofas, satellite TV, DVD player, VCR and hi-fi system. The dining area has a table and chairs for 6. There is a well equipped kitchen including oven and hob, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.

Bedroom 1 is situated on the ground floor and has twin beds.

The other bedrooms are on the first floor and the master Bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower, w.c. and washbasin. A safe is provided for your valuables.

There is another double bedroom which shares the balcony with the master bedroom and a twin bedroom. The family bathroom has bath, shower, w.c. and washbasin.

The downstairs patio doors lead to outside where there is a private pool (3m x 6m) and sun loungers and garden chairs for 8. There is ample sunbathing areas, outside dining furniture and a barbecue for you to enjoy. An outside shower is provided for your convenience and there is off road parking for one vehicle.

Air conditioning units are provided in all the bedrooms and the living area and the cost is included in the rates.

Towels and linen are provided but please bring your own beach towels.

Location

Pernera is part of the Protaras area but is a resort in its own right. The beaches of Pernera are all sandy, many having watersports. The nearest beach to the villa is 250m and is a very short walk. This is a very popular area of Pernera and there are many bars and restaurants to try, in particular the well known Blue Spice Restaurant which is only 2 or 3 minutes walk away. The Protaras Waterpark is less than 5 minutes walk and the main resort of Protaras is only 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes walk. The local bus runs through Pernera and can take you to Protaras, Ayia Napa and in the other direction into the town of Paralimni, a traditional Cypriot town with shops, tavernas, churches and an interesting town square where you can sit in a café and watch the world go by.
