Jasmine villa is located by De Costa Bay on the outskirts of Protaras.
It is located on the edge of Protaras on the east coast of Cyprus. Close enough to the bars and restaurants for a comfortable walk but far enough away so as not to be troubled by noise.
There are a variety of bars and restaurants only an 8 minute walk away, providing traditional and international cuisine.
The beautiful Fig Tree Bay is a 10 min walk with its clear water, soft sand and a variety of water sports.
The detached villa is a comfortable, well-designed, roomy and attractive accommodation for up to 8 people, set in private gardens with its own private pool and car parking.
The ground floor contains the main living area complete with television, DVD & CD player, dining room and fully fitted modern kitchen with all essential utilities, fridge/freezer, oven/hob, washing machine and WC. Access to the private pool and patio area is via double patio doors.
On the first floor are three bedrooms, the master bedroom is ensuite with balcony, two double rooms with single beds all of which have fitted wardrobes and one family bathroom with bath/shower
All bed linen and bathroom towels are provided.

To the rear of the villa is the private pool with surrounding sun terrace, which provides luxurious sun loungers and patio furniture, outside shower and brick built barbeque.
There are air conditioning units throughout the villa and also central heating for those rare chilly winter evenings. The villa is fitted with luxurious marble flooring throughout and is furnished with comfortable contemporary furniture.
A private car port is to the side of the villa for those wishing to hire a car, although a car is not essential for your stay.

Protaras offers an amazing tourist area in a horseshoe shape, with over 300 establishments ranging from pubs, bars, cafes, jewelry shops and restaurants to taverna’s and much more.

However, it is most famous for its beaches, which stretch for over 10miles. Along the way you may be tempted to try the wide range of water sports on offer. It’s the perfect location for Scuba diving or snorkeling whether you want something beautiful like sunfish reef or something a bit more historic like the WW1 shipwreck, there are many secluded lagoons to explore.
