Whilst the owner will accept all male/female parties in this villa, you will be in a quiet residential cul de sac, and we ask that before booking, you are aware that excessive noise, loud music and scooter misuse will not be tolerated by the permanent residents who live here. We have the right to intervene / evict you if there are any complaints. Whilst we expect you to enjoy your holiday, we also need you to be aware of this.


Paralimni town for hypermarket and shopping is approx 10 min drive away.

Potomas fishing port is 5 minutes drive from the Villa and boasts two fish restaurants which offer a varied menu. If you like fish this is well worth a visit! There is also a well hidden little beach if you follow the track past the second restaurant.

Various boat trips are available from Ayia Napa harbour. Amongst them is the Glass Bottom boat Party boat and BBQ boat trips. Most of the boat trips usually stop out at sea to allow the passengers to have a swim, go snorkelling so go prepared just in case the deep water beckons.

Local activities include water-skiing, tennis, paragliding, walking and fishing. Sightseeing opportunities include visits to archaeological sites, monasteries, museums and local villages. Waterworld water park is only 5 minutes away. Cruises to Rhodes, Egypt and Israel are also available

Ayia Thekla is small quiet residential up market area yet it's on the main road which runs from Ayia Napa - Sotira.
