Zeus villa is a 3 bed villa located in Ayia Thekla, set in a quiet residential cul de sac, with private swimming pool [pool at rear]. The villa consists of three bedrooms (2 twins and 1 double) with a large family bathroom on the first floor and shower room on the ground floor (both with WC and washbasin). The villa is within 500 metres of Ayia Thekla beach and the balcony provides wonderful views of the coastline, it has an outside barbecue area as well as sun loungers to enjoy the weather and an outside shower to cool off.

The villa is fully air conditioned and furnished to a high standard with Satellite TV (local) and DVD in the lounge with a selection of films to watch, and the kitchen is fitted with fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave Kettle etc. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and the master bedroom has a large balcony from which you get great views of the sunset. Bed linen and bath towels are provided (no beach towels), mid-stay cleans are available at an extra cost (ask for details) and a welcome pack (milk, tea, bread etc) is included for all guests on arrival.

Potomas fishing port is 5 minutes drive from the Villa and boasts two fish restaurants which offer a varied menu, and a sandy beach. Ayia Thekla is small quiet residential up market area yet it's on the main road which runs from Ayia Napa - Sotira. Car/taxi advisable Local activities in Ayia Napa 4km away include water-skiing, tennis, paragliding, walking and fishing. Sightseeing opportunities include visits to archaeological sites, monasteries, museums and local villages. Waterworld water park is only 5 minutes walk away. Cruises to Rhodes, Egypt and Israel are also available. Locally you will find a supermarket kiosk, and taverna. Ayia Thekla beach is approx 5-8 min walk away.
