This luxurious spacious detached Villa has 3 bedrooms, located on the beach, perfect for the family or for that romantic getaway. Car recommended. There is a Welcome Pack provided in the villa and an English speaking representative on hand to answer any questions throughout your stay.
The Ground Floor consists of a large, comfortable, open plan living room with a log fire, TV, Stereo CD player and DVD player. There are doors leading to the large shaded terrace area which has a set of table and chairs perfect for entertaining and alfresco dining. There is an equipped spacious kitchen with dining seating for six people. Also on the first floor is a twin room which has two single beds or a cot and one single bed, which ever you would prefer, and a shower room with WC.
The First floor of the villa consists of the master bedroom which has a walk in wardrobe, patio door with a balcony and beautiful sea views. There is another twin bedroom, with three single beds in, perfect for children. There is also another family shower room located on this floor.
All rooms have full remote air conditioning/heating systems and all rooms have blackout blinds and curtains. All bedding, linen and bathroom towels are provided.
Guests must supply their own beach towels.

The Patio area with outdoor furniture and barbeque provide the perfect space for sunbathing and alfresco dining. Patio doors lead onto a large terraced area providing a perfect shade for those extremely sunny days(about 300 per year). Located on the beach this property is wonderfully quiet with only the noise of the sea to disturb you. This property also comes with a canoe for the more adventurous of you.
Palm Trees, shrubs and colourful flower beds surround the area and enhance the evening ambience.
