The Bellagio is a beautifully appointed 4 bedroom 3 bathroom exclusive villa, which has been furnished throughout to a very high standard. It is situated in the exclusive new development El Magraner and is surrounded by lush greenbelt land with magnificent views out to the sea. The property boasts an 8m x4m freeform swimming pool and adjoining heated Jacuzzi with beautiful landscaped gardens that surround the property. The property is self contained with a surrounding dry stone wall, phone entry system and electric gates. Total area over 1000 sq metres.

Bedrooms: The Master Suite is on the first floor with a further 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom on the ground floor.
Bathrooms: Master Suite has en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, bidet and double hand basin. Ground floor has two bathrooms: one is a Shower Room with shower, toilet and hand basin; the other a Bathroom with bath/shower over, toilet, bidet and hand basin.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully fitted with hob, oven and grill, fridge/ freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
Living Rooms: The living area is spacious with a TV receiving british satellite channels and a Home Entertainment System for the use of CD / DVD. There is a seperate dining area.

The bedrooms are all equipped with fully fitted cupboards and bedside tables with lamps.
Linen and towels are provided. However, the towels provided are not for use in the terrace and pool areas.

The villa has air conditioning in the master bedroom and the main living area, and central heating throughout. It is suitable for children. Highchairs, cots, buggy's can be provided upon request for a small additional charge. Long term renters are welcome. No pets allowed. No smoking only.

The outside terraces are very large with 8 sunloungers and an outside dining area with barbecue. There is an outside 'snail' shower and an 8m x 4m swimming pool and heated jacuzzi. The Master Suite also boasts a private balcony with table and chairs.

The villa is situated just a few minutes drive from the popular and cosmopolitan resort of Moraira with its beautiful sandy beaches that were awarded the prestigious Blue Flag for cleanliness and are well tended and safe for family bathing. It has a fabulous marina and superb selection of pavement cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. Along the coast you have the resorts of Javea and Denia, Calpe and Altea. There is spectacular scenery to be found inland, with the villages of the Jalon and Orba valleys surrounded by orange, almond and olive groves. There are regular weekly markets that take place during the summer months. For the family there is 'Aqualandia' Water Theme Park, the 'Mundomar'Animal Water Park and 'Terra Mitica', one of Europes largest Theme Parks.
