Casa de las Montañas is a brand new (2007) 5-star villa, superbly equipped, sleeps up to 8 people, fully furnished throughout to a high standard. 4 double bedroom/3 bathroom/shower detached villa, built on the hill Arenal Parcent overlooking the village, providing breathtaking chocolate box views of the ‘pueblo’, superb views down the Jalon Valley and stunning surrounding mountain views. Large luxury villa with two covered terraces and large pool terrace with balustrade surround. Large 10x5 heated swimming pool & Hot Tub Jacuzzi. A picturesque spot within a short walk of the village through roads and paths lined with olive and orange groves.

Accommodation

Bedrooms: The master bedroom with king-size bed, en-suite bath and shower room also has a terrace overlooking the village and views down the Jalon valley, perfect for that morning coffee before a refreshing dip in the pool (solar heated for all-year-round comfort).
Bedrooms have access to two shower rooms (all showers are multi spray/douche for a refreshing wake up or hot day cool down), double king size bed and two rooms can be twin or made up to make king size beds.

A stunning staircase with floor to ceiling windows provides easy access to the open-plan living, kitchen, dining table seating 8. Two glazed double doors open direct from the kitchen to a covered terrace and dining table for 8, which leads out to the main terrace area for sunbathing next to the pool and barbecue area.

Sitting room: Ample seating, flat screen TV (satellite), DVD, Hi Fi, wood burner for the winter months, double glazed door access which connect round a balustraded terrace to the main terrace area and swimming pool where you can enjoy the sun and magnificent scenery.

Kitchen: The villa is fully equipped with 4 ring hob, grill, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, with choice of ice for those cooling drinks. The kitchen accesses direct through two glazed double doors on to a covered terrace area to shade from the sun, for al fresco breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Utility: Washing machine and dryer, drying rack. Kitchen pantry.

Swimming pool: Large 10x5 pool with Roman steps, solar heated for all-year-round comfort, large terrace facing south with sunloungers for 8.

Upper covered terrace: This can be accessed from an external stairs direct from the pool and barbecue area or from two of the bedrooms, a space for you and your book, a coffee or long refreshing drink overlooking the pueblo of Parcent where the church spire is lit each evening. Ideal relaxation for a sundowner or a romantic after dinner digestif.

Comfort: The villa is fully air conditioned in all rooms, each bedroom also has a central fan. All windows have roller shutters. For the winter months there is central heating in every room, also a log burning stove in the living room. All air conditioning and heating is included in the rental rates.

The traditional Spanish village of Parcent in the Jalón Valley is located in a green and mountainous landscape with orchards in which almonds, oranges and vines abound. In the words of Gabriel Miró, who lived in the village and whose house still provides a reminder of his stay, Parcent is a 'Paradise between the Mountains' and it was here that he wrote the book entitled 'Del Vivir'.

The unspoilt pueblo of Parcent is a mini gastronomy treat in itself, numerous restaurants from which to choose traditional Spanish or International menus all at excellent prices.
