Villa - House to rent in Moraira Alicante Costa Blanca Spain

Our property is a fabulous, spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with air conditioning, private pool, gardens and terrace, very close to the beach and Moraira town. It is equipped and furnished throughout to a high standard. It is situated in the residential area of Club Moraira and is only 2.7kms from the centre of Moraira town and 2 kms to the beach. The property boasts an 8m x4m swimming pool, built in BBQ, magnificent views out to the sea and beautiful gardens that surround the property. The outside terraces are very large with 8 sun loungers and plenty of seating and a dining area.

Inside the villa the ground floor master bedroom has en-suite bathroom, there is another twin bedroom with en suite and both have air conditioning. The living and dining area is spacious with air conditioning, a TV receiving British satellite channels and DVD/CD player. Both rooms are comfortably furnished and have patio doors that open to the terrace and pool area. The kitchen is fully fitted with hob, oven and grill, fridge/ freezer, microwave and dishwasher.

Upstairs there is the third bathroom and a further 2 bedrooms one with air conditioning and one with a ceiling fan and its own private balcony with table and chairs. The bedrooms are all equipped with fully fitted cupboards and bedside tables with lamps. Linen and towels are provided for the duration of your holiday. However, the towels provided are not for use on the terrace, pool areas or beach.
The villa is ideally located just outside the popular and cosmopolitan resort of Moraira, on the hillside facing South over looking the sea. Just a few minutes drive from beautiful sandy beaches that were awarded the prestigious Blue Flag for cleanliness and are well tended and safe for family bathing, smaller coves and bays are also close by. Everything you can possibly need is within easy reach of the villa. Moraira is a pretty town still based around the cobbled square and its numerous restaurants, bars and shops. Cafes and restaurants are also found around the lovely marina. There are also larger, newly built plazas offering a wider range to visitors.

Along the coast you have the resorts of Javea and Denia and Altea. There is spectacular scenery to be found inland, with the villages of the Jalon and Orba valleys surrounded by orange, almond and olive groves. There are regular weekly markets that take place during the summer months. For the family there is 'Aqualandia' Water Theme Park, the ‘Mundomar’ Animal Water Park and 'Terra Mitica', one of Europe's largest Theme Parks. Both Valenica and Alicante Airport are an hour's drive.The villa makes an ideal base for those wishing to visit the 32nd America's Cup 2007, hosted in Valencia and for also visits to Port America's Cup, Valencia.
