Holiday Apartment for rent in Playa Flamenca, Costa Blanca, Spain
This 2 bedroom 1st floor property is situated at La Calma, Alameda del Mar in Playa Flamenca. The balcony overlooks 1 of the communal pools with gardens in the complex. 2 mins walk to Lidl supermarket. 15 mins to bars, restaurants and the beach.

The property is in a gated complex and located on the 1st floor.

The property comprises kitchen with large fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, stainless steel sink, kettle, crockery, utensils and cutlery.

The living/dining room has a wooden dining table, 4 dining chairs, wooden coffee table, television (with Spanish channels - NO English channels), sofa. There are patio doors that lead out onto the balcony with overlooks the pool and gardens.

The main bedroom has 2 mechanised single beds which can be slid together, if required, 2 sliding bedside shelves with lamps, fitted wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with bath, over the bath shower, toilet, sink, mirror with light. The bedroom has patio doors that lead out onto the balcony.

The second bedroom, with single beds has a fitted wardrobe and en-suite shower room with shower cubicle, toilet, sink and mirror with light.

There is a utility room with water heater and washing machine.

The property is cleaned on your departure.

Bed linen and towels are provided. (not beach pool towels - these can be provided for an additional laundry charge).

The apartment is suitable for families, couples, golfers and elderly. There is a lift to the first floor.

Pets are not allowed, the apartment is non-smoking, smoking is permitted outside only.

One of the communal pools and garden is directly opposite the property. You are able to see children in the pool from the property.

Rental periods are any day of the week, subject to availability.

Walking distance from the property you have ….

Lidl supermarket (2 min), Playa Flamenca commercial centre (5 min) with its many bars and restuarants incl Chinese, Hungarian, British, Indian, Italian. Bars including Temple Bar (with the Blues Brothers) etc.

Other supermarkets including Carrefour, SuperCor are a short walking distance.

Urb Horizonte with the Flying Scotsman, Friendly bar is about 10-15 mins walk.

Go-karting on the N332 is a 10 minute walk, with karts for juniors, adults and the Honda’s for those requiring greater speed.

Driving distance from the property you have ….

4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, nice 20 mins drive through countryside with orange and lemon groves. Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 10 mins drive.

Torrevieja town is approximately 10-15 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine.

There are several beaches within a 5-15 minute drive of the property; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.

Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking. The first hour of parking is free. The shopping centre is situated 10 minutes drive away.

The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling, crazy golf and restaurants (including KFC) are a 10 minute drive away.

Fast food establishments - McDonalds and Burgerking, are a 10 minute drive, close to the Las Habaneras shopping centre.

There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open between end May/beginning June and September. Pacha nightclub is situated near the water park.

Horse-riding at Campoamor and jet skiing off Campoamor beach during the summer months.

Markets ….

There is a market everyday of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. Two major ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday, approximately 15-20 minute walk (5 minutes drive).

Torrevieja market is held on a Friday, and is probably the largest market in the area.

A car is not essential when staying at this property, but advisable if you wish to explore the surrounding area further.

An airport pickup service can be arranged if required. Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes drive, Murcia approximately 30 minutes drive.

Car hire can be organised, on booking, if required.

Notes from the owner/agent
A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.

The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.

A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.

You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.

A welcome pack containing tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, jam, bread, butter, eggs and bottle of wine can be put in the property for your arrival. If you would like other items, they can also be provided, just let us know on the booking form!

Travel cot, high chair, push chair and beach towels can be provided at an additional cost.

Car hire or airport transfer can be arranged if required.

Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card.

If arriving at the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional late arrival charge of €30 will be payable on arrival at the property.
