Three supermarkets; Mercadona, Consum and Mas y Mas. The closest being Mercadona.

There are other supermarkets on the N332, between 15-25 minutes walk, including Carrefour, Eroski, Aldi and Lidl.

There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, including the commercial complex Via Park 3, 15 minute walk, with a variety of restaurants, including Spud Murphy’s fish and chip restaurant, Chinese and Indian restaurants, several English bars, a Quicksave supermarket, Butterflies tea room, English hairdressers and the Post Room which offers internet access.

Torrevieja town is approximately 10 mins drive. There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine.

There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the property; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.

Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops. 10 minutes drive away.

The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling, crazy golf and restaurants are a 10 minute drive away.

There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open between June and September.
