Prices for the villa are per week. Please contact us for Easter break holiday. Please note that for booking 2 or more weeks, we will give a 10% discount. Long term rentals available, cost would depend on the time of year and the length of stay, so please contact us for a detailed price.
25% deposit taken at time of booking. Balance to be paid 8 weeks before holiday date together with £250 breakages deposit. If holiday is within the next 8 weeks, full payment required when booking. House available from 4pm on the arrival day. Vacated by 10am on departing day (but please call us if you have different arrival and departure days, as we can be flexible) A welcome food pack can be arranged. Useful if you're arriving at odd hours. Provided by the management company, so price includes their shopping time. Please contact me with requirements for a price.
All linen, except beach towels, and weekly cleaning are included in the rental price. Towels and linen are changed weekly. The house is cleaned before and after your visit. Extra maid service can be organised if required. |
