These Quad houses reside on a very popular complex on El Oasis. They share a communal pool and enjoy a nice relaxed setting. This property has the extra benefit of having a new conservatory installed on the rooftop solarium making it very light which can be used as a great sitting/dining or even a bedroom, there are 2 bedrooms and a bathrooms plus a separate wc downstairs. There is also good outside space with the garden, 1st floor balcony and rooftop solarium.

La Marina is perfectly located for the ideal holiday. The urbanisation has many supermarkets, shops, banks, bars, restaurants and two water parks for the kids. There is a market on Thursday and Sunday. There are many local sites of interest including, Roman, Moorish and Spanish. Santa Barbara castle in Alicante and the caves of Canelbre at Busot are recommended. Hiking up the Callosa mountains, Benidorm zoo, and Guardalest are all a fun day out. There are many museums, caves and castles to explore. A short boat trip away is the Island of Tabarca well worth a visit, and for quieter days how about a hot air balloon ride or a jeep safari.
