This property has everything the holiday maker could want. Air conditioning and Flat Screen Wall Mounted Digital TV with UK system which includes all terrestrial channels and other satellite channels. The complex is beautifully maintained with established green areas and a large pool and smaller separate children’s pool with plenty of sunbathing areas. On the ground floor, there is a covered terrace with opening windows to one side which provides an alternative dining and sitting area. An external tables and chairs are provided. Inside, the spacious lounge area has a comfortable 3 piece suite together with a coffee table and matching units for the television, DVD and stereo music system. The dining area has a dining table and 4 chairs (with another 3 chairs available for larger groups) and a matching pine wall unit.Hot and cold air conditioning is fitted in the living area. The beautiful recently fitted kitchen has plenty of cupboard space and is equipped with an oven and hob, fridge freezer and microwave oven. All the necessary cooking equipment is provided together with cutlery, crockery etc and everything that is needed for self catering.Other equipment includes a toaster, kettle, coffee maker, airer, iron and ironing board. The washing machine is located in a cupboard on the ground floor. There is also a ground floor shower room with wash hand basin an w.c. Upstairs the main bedroom has 2 single beds, 2 bedside table with lamps and fitted wardrobes. Patio doors lead out from the bedroom onto a small terrace. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, 2 bedside units, a tall 5 draw chest and fitted wardrobes. Both bedrooms have hot and cold air conditioning. All air conditioning is regulated by a 2 euro coin meter. All the necessary bedding is provided. The main bathroom has a large circular shower cubicle wash hand basin and w.c. Bath and hand towels are provided for use in the property. Sun loungers are also provided for private use.

The property is only a short walk to the lovely Blue Flag beach at La Mata which stretches for 7 miles and includes many good places to eat and drink. Also a selection of restaurants, bars and a supermarket within easy walking distance makes this an ideal holiday spot. Welcome packs included for all rentals. The nearby beach at La Mata offers all the necessary facilities including sun beds, umbrellas and somewhere to eat and drink. Head back towards the town of Torrevieja and you will have a your choice of restaurants, a lovely promenade and countless beach options.The lcoal bus service also runs close by. There is also a water park and pitch and putt course on the outskirts of the town and shopping options at Carrefour and the more recently opened Habaneras Centre. With easy access to the Coast Road (N332) and the motorway, Alicante is only 35 minutes away and Benidorm and hour and half. To the south you have Cartegena and of course the Mar Menor and La Manga. Murcia airport is only 30 minutes drive to the south
