Playa Flamenca 2 bed ground floor apartment on gated community with audio controlled entry system to the block and air conditioning in the living area. This modern apartment is ideally located close to all amenities including Via Park commercial centre which is less than half a kilometre away. At Via Park you will find a large selection of Bars and restaurants to cater for all tastes and shops. Tennis is also available nearby and on Saturdays there is a popular street market within easy walking distance. The large Mercadona Supermarket is 1 kilometre away and the beach at Playa Flamenca is less than 2 kilometres from the apartment. The apartment itself is situated on the ground floor although because of its design and the surrounding land there are a few steps leading up to the front door. Inside there is a nice living area with a 3 seater sofa bed, armchair, dining table and 4 chairs with a matching wall unit and coffee table. A television and CD player is also provided and UK television is provided. A ceiling fan is also fitted in the living area and a portable electric radiator is available for the cooler months together with hot and cold air conditioning. At the end of the lounge there are sliding doors which lead to a the sun terrace where an external table and 4 chairs are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven & hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave oven. Other equipment provided includes a toaster, kettle and iron with ironing board. The 2 bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans, One bedroom has a double bed with 2 bedside cabinets and table lamps. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a bedside table with lamp. The full size bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, w.c., wash hand basin and a bidet. The communal pool is located a short walk away. Parking is available in the road outside the block. There are 3 golf courses within a 10 minute drive and there is a large choice or blue flag beaches only a short drive away. The main town of Torrevieja is 10 to 15 minutes away by car.
