This lovely property is located on a beautifully maintained complex overlooking the communal pool which includes a children’s pool. The apartment has its own front garden which is grassed and planted out and a sun terrace where the guest can make the most of the sunshine all year round.

All the essential domestic and catering equipment is provided and includes a an iron and ironing board, clothes airer, cutlery, crockery etc. The main bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables and lamps, fitted wardrobes with additional drawers, a ceiling fan and an en-suite.
The en-suite has a wash hand basin in a vanity unit, w.c and shower. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside table with lamp, fitted wardrobe with additional drawers and a ceiling fan. All the necessary bedding will be provided and for the cooler months oil filled radiators are supplied. The main bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, wash hnad basin, w.c and a bidet. Bath and hand towels are provided. The property is also fitted with an alarm. There is a communal car park for use by residents close by. Welcome packs consisting of tea, coffee,sugar, milk, water, bottle of wine and biscuits will be supplied. This is a very nice property that will not disappoint. Location: Located 45 minutes south of Alicante airport and 25 minutes north of San Javier/Murcia airport. Easy access by motorway and N332 coast road.
