| Notes from the owner/agent | A 20% booking fee is required, the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. Transport to from airport can be arranged at very competitive prices, alternatively car hire can be arranged. A welcome pack is available on request, this usually consists of bread, coffee, tea, milk etc. Pushchairs, high chairs and cots are available.
A 55 euros cleaning charge is payable to the caretaker on arrival.
There are two main airports in the Costa Blanca area and these are Alicante, which is just a 40 minute drive to the apartment and Murcia, a smaller airport offering low budget flights is just a 30 minute drive away. Airport transfers to and from both these airports can be provided at a low cost. Should you wish to hire a car during your stay we are able to arrange this for you, providing you give us ample notice.
Should you be arriving outside shopping hours we are able to arrange the purchase of a welcome pack and should you require the hire of baby equipment we are able to organize this for you. |
