Being an end of terrace house it also benefits from lots of outside space to make the most of the Spanish sunshine. The garden extends from the front, around the side and eventually to the rear where there is a nice private area with a traditional Spanish BBQ and external lighting together with plenty of external seating including a solid ceramic table with matching curved seating. The sun shines here from lunch time to sunset.
In addition it has a covered terrace to the front where a table and 4 chairs provide a nice place to take advantage of the morning sun and then welcome shade later in the day for those who need a cooling off period. For those more domesticated there is an iron and ironing board, washing machine to the rear and a choice of a freestanding airer or rotary line. There is even a vacuum cleaner.
There is a ground floor bedroom with 2 single beds with bedside tables a free standing wardrobe and ceiling fan. The cloakroom on the ground floor has a wash hand basin and w.c.
Upstairs there is the main bathroom with a bath and overhead shower attachment, bidet, w.c and wash hand basin.
The main bedroom to the front of the house has a double bed with bedside tables and lamps, built in wardrobe, additional dresser with drawers and a bedroom chair and hot and cold air conditioning. There are patio doors that lead out onto the front balcony.
The second upper bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside tables and lamp, fitted wardrobe and ceiling fan. There is an external door that leads out onto the rear balcony.

Facilities in the area include a choice of beaches with water sports, 3 golf courses within a 10 minute drive, water park in nearby Torreveija even more options with Benidorm an hour and twenty minutes drive to the north.
