The living area also has 2 ceiling fans and patio doorswhich lead out onto a large covered balcony where 4 chairs and a table are provided. The fully fitted kitchen has an oven & hob, fridge freezer and washing machine which is located in the utility area to the rear where an additional sink is also provided . All the necessary cooking equipment, crockery ,cutlery etc are provided for full self catering. The main bedroom has a double bed, bedside table with lamps, fitted wardrobes and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, a bedside table and lamp, a ceiling fan and fitted wardrobes. The sofa bed provide a sleeping option for up to 2 guests. All the necessary bedding is provided.The spacious bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, w.c., wash hand basin and a bidet.Bath and hand towels are provided. The communal pool for residents only is located at the end of the road. The large private solarium offers all day unobstructed sun and nice views of the surrounding area. The location of the apartment caters for all tastes with a choice of 3 excellent golf courses within a 5 minute drive and beaches only 10 to 15 minutes away by car. There is a good choice of shops, bars and restaurants in the area making this the ideal spot for both holiday and longer stay accommodation. The Plaza at Villa Martin is well known in the area and offers a whole range of eating options. In addition to the 3 local golf courses, there are other options for the more active guest with horse riding, bowls, cycling along the nearby canal roads and even paitballing. The near by town of Torrevieja also provides a vibrant shopping area, with the added advantage of a beautiful promenade never far away providing the perfect spot for a stroll by the sea, with the option to stop at one of the numerous restaurants offering a wide range of international cuisine. On any day of the week you are only a short drive away from the many markets which offer an ideal opportunity to try out your holiday Spanish and pick up a few bargains as you go. The visitor has a choice of 2 airports when visiting this area with Alicante only 45 minutes away and Murcia closer still only 25 minutes by car.
