Location

Situated just outside the town of Torrevieja to the north. Shops, supermarkets, local school, bars, restaurants and a garage nearby and the town of Torrevieja only a few minutes away by car.

Short drive to beach, water park and the commercial centre of Las Habaneras and Carrefour.

The living area is bright and spacious and is furnished with a 3 seater sofa bed, coffee table and matching low wall unit and dining table with 4 chairs.

A television (with UK digital television channels) and portable stereo has been provided.

Patio doors lead from the lounge out into the garden area at the side.

The kitchen is accessed from the living area through a decorative arch where a work top provides an ideal breakfast bar for use with 2 high stools.

The kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer, oven and hob and a washing machine. Other equipments includes a toaster, kettle, airer, iron and ironing board. All the necessary cooking equipment, cutlery and crockery are provided.

The ground floor bedroom has single bed with second pull out bed, a bedside table with a lamp and a fitted wardrobe.

The ground floor cloakroom has a w.c and wash hand basin.

The main bedroom is located on the first floor and has a double bed with bedside tables, lamps and fitted wardrobes.

The bedroom also has an additional set of drawers, a ceiling fan and hot and cold air conditioning.

Sliding patio doors lead out onto the terrace where a wicker set consisting of a table and 2 chairs are provided.

The second bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside table with lamp, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan and hot and cold air conditioning.

The main bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, w.c, bidet and wash hand basin.

Outside, an external table and 4 chairs together with a concrete BBQ are provided. The house is fitted with security grills and an alarm.

The communal pool is only a short walk from the house.
