This larger than average property has much to offer the holiday maker. With its own 5m x 3m swimming pool it offers the ideal family holiday environment. The property also offers plenty of outside options to make the most of the sunshine with a large terrace on the first floor and for the really dedicated sun-worshiper a roof top solarium up another level. The owner has thought of everything to make their guests stay as enjoyable as possible with lots of outside furniture on all levels including sun loungers. Once inside the visitor will be impressed with both the size of the living area and the quality of furnishing. 2 leather sofas provide comfortable seating for guests wanting to escape the summer sun or simply take advantage of the television with its UK channels and DVD player. For dining there is a large rectangular dining table with 6 leather high back chairs. A log burner makes for an interesting feature and a welcoming one for guest who may want to try it out in the cooler months. If that sounds like too much hard work then the hot and cold air conditioning unit in the living area will provide ample heat in the winter and cool air in the summer. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave and other essentials for the self catering holiday including a toaster, kettle and even an iron and ironing board for the more domesticated guest. The washing machine is housed outside in an external utility area off of the kitchen. There is a master bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed with fitted wardrobes, bedside table and lamps and even an alarm clock. This bedroom also has hot and cold air conditioning. The ground floor bathroom has a shower cubicle, wash hand basin and w.c. Up the lovely marble staircase and you will find the master bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, w.c , wash hand basin and bidet. The main bedroom has 2 single beds which have been positioned together and may be separated if required. This bedroom has fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan and bedside table with a lamp. The second upper bedroom has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes and a ceiling fan. In all bedrooms, additional drawer space is provided inside the wardrobes. All necessary bedding and towels are provided. A landing door leads from the first floor onto the first terrace where a table and 6 chairs are provided together with a parasol and a BBQ. Up another flight of stairs and you find the roof top solarium with 4 sun loungers. There is some building still on going in the area but does not intrude on this property. Parking is available in the road and there is a large choice of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and banks in all directions all accessible within a few minutes by car. The main Plaza of Villa Martin is one of the older more established areas and caters for all tastes. The Villa Martin Golf Course is situated next to the plaza and there are 2 other courses only 10 minutes away by car. There is a seemingly endless choice of beaches along this stretch of the coast many of which achieve a Blue Flag rating and again easily accessible by car. Alicante airport is approximately 45 minutes by car and San Javier/Murcia around 25 minutes to the south.
