Located close to Villa Martin Golf Club and the main plaza where there are many restaurants and bars to cater for all tastes. There are 2 other golf courses only 5 minutes drive away and for beach lovers there are countless options only a short drive away.

The apartment is bright and airey and nicely furnished with a spacious living area. The lounge has a double sofa bed, coffee table, wall unit with TV and a dining table and 4 chairs. A digital television service is installed providing all the UK terrestrial channels plus many of the sky channels including movies and sport.

Double sliding doors lead from the lounge onto the large terrace where there is a table and 4 chairs ideal for summer meals.

The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with fridge freezer, oven & hob, microwave, toaster and kettle , All cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery are provided. The washing machine is located in the utility area leading from the rear of the kitchen. An iron, ironing board and clothes airer are also provided.

The full family bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, bidet, w.c and wash hand basin.

The main bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables and fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, side table and fitted wardrobes. All bedding is supplied.

Both bedrooms have hot and cold air conditioning which are metered and free standing fans are also supplied.

The property also comes with 4 beach chairs ,a cool box and parasols.

La Zenia beach only 10 to 15 minutes away by car is the closest but there are many more in both directions

There is nice communal pool a short walk from the apartment for residents use only.

There are also a number of other bars and restaurants within walking distance and there is a bowls club and horse riding in the area.

The owners do not allow smoking in the apartment.

This is a nice property in a quiet location but close enough to the amenities to make them accessible. A car would be recommended although if you are only planning to venture further afield a few times, then the local radio taxi service may be an option.

Situated 45 minutes south of Alicante airport and 25 minutes north of Murcia, makes this a very accessible location that has a lot to offer.
