The apartment is spacious and comfortably furnished and has a covered terrace which overlooks the communal gardens. An external table and 4 chairs are provided for use on the terrace.
The living area has a 3 seater sofa and matching arm chair. Other furnishings include a coffee table, side board and TV table. The Television benefits from a UK TV package which includes all the normal terrestrial channels and a good selection of SKY channels. Sliding doors lead out from the lounge onto the terrace.
In the dining area there is a dining table with 4 chairs.
The lovely fully fitted kitchen is situated conveniently next to the dining area. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and hob, microwave oven, fridge freezer, and washing machine. Other equipment includes a toaster, kettle, juicer and a coffee maker.
All the necessary cutlery, crockery and cooking equipment is provided for full self catering. Other household equipment provided includes a vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.
The main bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables and lamps, fitted wardrobes with a shelving section and bedside rugs. There is also an ensuite with shower, w.c and wash hand basin in a vanity unit with mirror.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds, a bedside table and lamp and fitted wardrobes, again with a shelving section.
All the necessary bedding is provided.
The main bathroom has a bath with over head shower, w.c, bidet and wash hand basin.
Bath and hand towels are provided.
For the warmer months 2 free standing fans are provided and for the cooler months there is a portable gas heater and an electric convector heater.
For long term rentals, underground parking is an option.
Local Attractions
Apart from the 3 local golf courses there are plenty of others if you fancy a drive. Other local activities include horse riding, tennis, bowls and of course for those who come for the beaches they will be spoilt for choice.
The Plaza it self offers a great choice of restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets and if you have a car you won’t have to go too far before you find plenty of other eating options.
There is a local bus stop just across from the apartment and a Taxi rank in the nearby car park.
Location
Villa Martin is well known and established in this part of the Costa Blanca with the golf course which opened in 1972 being largely responsible for the development in this area. 2 other golf courses at Campoamor and Las Ramblas are also available and only 10 minutes away by car.
Add to this its proximity to 2 airports one at Alicante only 45 minutes drive away and the other at Murcia San Javier, 25 minutes away and its easy to see why this area is so popular with holiday makers, golfers and permanent residents.
The AP7 motorway can be accessed easily at the La Zenia toll only 5 minutes down the road and then just past that the main N332 coast road means that the whole of this part of Spain is opened up for those who want to use Villa Martin as a base.
The typical Spanish town of San Miguel with its local street market every Wednesday is 5km away and for those who want something a bit more vibrant and tourist orientated there is the coastal town of Torrevieja 10km away.
This is a very nice apartment in an ideal location.
