Campoamor beach is only 10 minutes away by car and well worth a visit. Easy access to the N332 coast road and the motorway opening up the whole of the Costa Blanca. For those who enjoy larger towns and more historic surroundings, then Cartegena to the south or Alicante to the north are only 45 minutes drive away. The lovely university town of Murcia is also another place well worth a visit. Alicante airport is 45 minutes away and San Javier (Murcia) airport is even closer at around 25 minutes. Campoamor Golf Club just one of 3 courses within a 10 minute drive of the villa. The villa commands an excellent position with views across landscaped gardens and natural green, and the Mediterranean in the distance. With its elevated position the ground floor covered terrace enjoys the welcoming breeze in the height of the summer. This added bonus also benefits the bedroom terrace and large roof solarium. The spacious living area has a comfortable sofa which converts to a bed and the attractive dining table can seat 6.
