Location Located in Quesada, about a kilometer to the nearest Golf Course and approx. 10 minutes drive to the coast. In a short time you could be on the N332 coast road which opens up the whole of the Costa Blanca. Alicante airport is about 30 minutes drive and Murcia airport 40 minutes away. Quesada itself is a small but lively town with plenty of bars and good restaurants, shops and Banks.
The Villa Through electric doors you enter the garden and pool area. The garden is packed with mature firs and plants and has a fantastic water feature which cascades down the garden. The pool is large with a rock formation feature to the rear. The pool terrace has plenty of areas to sit either in the shade or sun.
There is also a large barbeque area with a tiled terrace and grass for relaxing. There are paths around the villa and a unity room at the rear for the boiler and washing machine.
On ground level there is a separate apartment, which can be either used for living or office space. It has its own bathroom, kitchen, bedroom and lounge. Next door is a very large garage with a drive down to the electric gates.
The main house is reached by steps at the side of the house which leads to a lovely terrace with fabulous views to the sea and beyond. This is an ideal area for meals as its under cover. Through the front door is the lounge area with a cathedral ceiling, decorated with spot lights. The lounge has plenty of seating and a wood burning fireplace. There is a British T.V. package for those who do not want to miss their favourite soaps.
