Villa Can Toni is an attractive, spacious villa, with six air conditioned bedrooms, giving lovely views of the stunning countryside and down to the sea.

This villa is located to 2km from the coast and 3km from the centre of Puerto Pollensa.

The entrance leads into the large lounge/dining room with picture windows which look out over the well-kept, mature gardens. There is a fitted kitchen, complete with fridge/freezer and dishwasher, there is also access to the terrace.

The attached hall leads to the rest of the ground floor accommodation, which consists of three bedrooms – two twin and one double room – as well as two full bathrooms.

On the first floor, there are two further twin bedrooms which share a bathroom. In addition, there is a huge master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a spacious terrace overlooking the garden and terraces, with magnificent views of open countryside, the mountains and the coast from Alcudia to Puerto Pollensa.

A handy outdoor staircase leads down to the large mature garden, which is well maintained and planted with a wide array of plants and trees.

There is a large swimming pool, surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers.

For outdoor eating, there is a large covered terrace and there is a barbecue too. There is also a shaded terrace complete with table-tennis.

Situated on the North East side the island, and set against a backdrop of the Tramuntana mountain range, Puerto Pollensa has stunning scenery, excellent sandy beaches, and a wide variety of cafes, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes along the famous Pine Walk promenade.

There is also a wide range of watersports available including scuba diving and sailing. Puerto Pollensa also offers golf, cycling, trekking, and tennis activities.

Villa Can Toni is a luxury villa and includes two mid-week maid service cleans (to include bed making, change of towels, cleaning of bathrooms, shower rooms, and kitchen (does not include washing up). Bed linen is changed weekly for 2 week stays.
