Villa La Luz is a delightful, small villa, which is ideal if you want to be able to explore a little of the local area, as it is close to the art galleries, cafes, shops and the fine restaurants of Pollenca, - which is just 1.5km away.

The villa is set away from other properties, in extensive, well-kept grounds of 7000m2. It has stunning views of the imposing mountains and beautiful countryside.

Villa La Luz is entered via a covered terrace, with the front door leading into a comfortable lounge/dining room, which in turn leads to the pretty kitchen. A small corridor leads to the villas two air conditioned bedrooms (one double and one twin room) and the shared bathroom. A pretty sitting room is situated overlooking the living room, on the mezzanine level.

Outside the sitting room there is a sun terrace, which is the ideal place for a relaxing drink on a warm evening.

You can enjoy the spacious garden with its lawned area and paved terraces. Here you can play with the children, read a book or simply soak up the warm Mediterranean sun.

Villa La Luz has its own large, private swimming pool for when you want a little exercise or need to cool off. Also in the grounds you will find an outdoor dining area, where you can take advantage of the barbecue and get in the holiday mood by eating al fresco.
