Reached a short drive from Pollença on the Puerto Pollença road, Villa Ca La Tia is a contemporary Mallorcan style villa with traditional touches, which has produced a clean, fresh appeal. Here you can enjoy the rich ambience of the North Mallorcan soil, including the scent of the almond blossom from the surrounding almond groves in the spring.

In front of the villa, a furnished veranda is shaded by nice creepers and leads through double doors into the house. Inside, the focus is on space and openness, allowing the Mediterranean sun to work its golden magic.

The lounge dining room is comfortably furnished in a traditional way – but includes satellite TV and a DVD player for evenings spent indoors. Off the living room is a well fitted kitchen, with beautiful wooden units, it includes a dishwasher and microwave, to ensure your holiday is as relaxed as possible. There are two lovely light bedrooms – one twin and one double – as well as a full bathroom. The accommodation is completed by a utility room with washing machine.

Outside you can take a plunge in your own private swimming pool – which is situated in a large sun terrace, perfect for time spent chatting and enjoying the sunshine. This is a picturesque oasis of serenity! There is also table tennis.

Maid Service:
Villa Ca La Tia is a luxury villa which provides 2 mid-week maid service cleans to include bed making, change of towels, cleaning of bathrooms, shower rooms, and kitchen (does not include washing up). Bed linen is changed weekly for 2 week stays.
