Villa Marineta is a delightful country house set in peaceful countryside midway between Pollença and Alcudia Bay. The villa has been fully renovated and comfortably furnished in a Mallorcan style. Inside, the villa offers excellent, spacious accommodation, while outside there is a covered terrace (with dining furniture), lawns with well maintained garden, large swimming pool and sun terrace, as well as a tennis court for exclusive use of villa guests.

The house is entered via the terrace, directly into the spacious lounge/diner, which is comfortably furnished and includes a satellite TV and a DVD player. The fully fitted kitchen is adjacent and includes dishwasher.

There are five bedrooms: one twin bedroom and a bathroom are located on the ground floor, while the other bedrooms are on the first floor. Three of the bedrooms share two bathrooms, and the master bedroom has en-suite bathroom facilities. A large terrace is accessed from all the upstairs bedrooms, providing great views and has an open staircase to the garden. In addition, on the first floor there is a laundry room with washing machine.

Weekly prices include free 'Group B' car hire. If you prefer, you can upgrade to a car from a different group.

Maid Service:
Villa Marineta is a luxury villa and includes 2 mid-week maid service cleans to include bed making, change of towels, cleaning of bathrooms, shower room, and kitchen (does not include washing up). Bed linen is changed weekly for 2 week stays.
