A traditional Andalucian villa with high ceilings, original beams and brickwork gives you a true feeling of being in Spain. The villa has been extended to incorporate an additional 3 large bedrooms and a lounge.

When entering the villa, you walk into the spacious dining area with a table to seat 8, there is an additional sofa bed which raises the sleeping capacity to 12. Through the archway is the lounge with two large sofas, an open fire, a TV & DVD with UK satellite channels. Patio doors open to a raised terrace with spectacular views. Also on this level is a twin bedroom, a double bedroom, both with fitted wardrobes and a large fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table.

Down the spiral staircase to the lower level, you will find 3 large double bedrooms also with fitted wardrobes, two with ensuite bathrooms. There is also an additional lounge area with sofas, chairs and a TV. Patio doors open to the back garden & terrace.The garden is enclosed with a pathway to the front of the villa and steps to the upper terrace.

The large garden is gated and has a private pool with plenty of sun beds, a garden bench and BBQ.

The villa is only a few minutes drive from the beaches at Sotogrande and Duquesa.
