This lovely newly built apartment is set amidst beautifully manicured communal grounds and pool It has its own front garden with newly planted trees and shrubs. Inside the apartment is bright and spacious and has been furnished to a very good standard. The lounge has a comfortable 3 seater leather sofa and matching armchair with coffee table and matching wall unit and a mini hi fi system. Hot and cold air conditioning is fitted in the lounge Sliding doors from the lounge open out onto the front garden. An extendable dining table with 6 chairs is also provided. The open kitchen accessed through an archway is fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven & hob, dishwasher and microwave.
The washing machine is fitted in the large utility area which provides a good sized storage and drying area. All the necessary crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots and pans are provided together with a toaster, kettle, iron and clothes airer. The main bedroom has a double bed with 2 bedside draw units and table lamps. The large fitted wardrobes also have a fitted draw unit. An electric radiator and bedroom seat are also provided. The main bedroom also has an en suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower, w.c, bidet and double wash hand basin in a vanity unit. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside table with lamp and fitted wardrobes with built in drawer unit. All the necessary bedding and towels are provided. There is also a second shower room with w.c and wash hand basin. This is a very nice property in a good location for just staying put and enjoying the peace and quiet and all that the property has to offer or taking advantage of all that his part of the Costa Blanca has to offer.

The Location: Situated only a short drive from the beach and a good choice of shops, bars & restaurants, supermarkets, banks and chemist. Numerous blue flag rated beaches all along the nearby coastline. Activities in the area include go-karts, golf and water sports. Easy access to the N332 coast road and the motorway opening up the whole of the Costa Blanca. For those who enjoy larger towns and more historic surroundings, then Cartegena to the south or Alicante to the north are only 45 minutes drive away. The lovely university town of Murcia is also another place well worth a visit. Alicante airport is 45 minutes away and San Javier (Murcia) airport is even closer at around 25 minutes.
