A ten minute drive will take you to the beach at La Zenia, just one of the white sandy beaches situated along this part of the coast. For the golfer there are 2 other courses only 10 minutes away by car. The nearby canals offer a great natural cycle path stretching for miles in either direction and with horse riding and even a bowls club within easy walking distance, this location has a lot to offer both holiday maker and long term resident. Easy access to the N332 coast road and the motorway opening up the whole of the Costa Blanca. For those who enjoy larger towns and more historic surroundings, then Cartegena to the south or Alicante to the north are only 45 minutes drive away. The lovely university town of Murcia is also another place well worth a visit. Alicante airport is 45 minutes away and San Javier (Murcia) airport is even closer at around 25 minutes. The living area is nicely furnished with lots of comfortable seating options with a sofa and 2 armchairs.
