This type of house is named as duplex, the houses has inside a lot of space and are good equiped. The houses has downstairs the 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. First floor is the kitchen and big living room with the second bathroom. Direct out of the living room there is a very big terrace with shower, the most of the houses has view on the sea and the mountains.

In the livingroom is a bedsofa, total sleeps 8. Pets and children are welcome.

There is an open kitchen with dish-washer, washingmachine, kettle, coffemaker, oven and microwave. There is a television, some houses has also SKY television, radio, cd, dvd, airconditioning. There is an iron and ironboard. On the terrace are enough gardenfurnitures.

On walkingdistance is the lovely beach of Carabassi Playa with nice sand. You can rent sunbeds and parasols to make your day on the beach pleasant. At 1200 meter there is a boulevard of Arenales del Sol with nice shops, restaurants, bars etc.

The airport of Alicante is on a distance of 15 km. we can organise shuttleservice and rent a car from this airport and also from the airport of Murcia, which is on a distance of 90 km. from Gran Alacant.

In Gran Alacant there is a busstop which brings you to Alicante. Alicante is a nice city with a lot of bars, restaurants, shops and ofcourse the nice harbour. Santa Pola has the nice beaches and watersport facilities, also recommended by us.
