The apartment is right by the beach and you simply exit through a gate and you are on the promenade! Easy walking distance to the marina of Duquesa and to Sabinillas makes this complex a perfect holiday location.

The complex benefits 4 swimming pools, paddle tennis, fitness room, saunas, toilet areas by the pool, sun loungers and shaded garden areas.

From the terrace you can dine el fresco or simply relax on the loungers and enjoy the view of the Mediterranean. The apartment also overlooks one of the four swimming pools. We can hire out cots and highchairs and strollers if required. We also have paddle tennis rackets for guests if they fancy a game on site.

The apartment has air conditioning and heating and there is a designated parking bay in a secure underground car park beneath the apartment block.

The living room has a TV with SKY free to view channels, a DVD player with a selection of modern DVD´s. There are two leather sofas and a leather stool There is also a music centre and plenty of books to read whilst relaxing in the sun.

The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a bath and shower above. There is a safe in the fitted wardrobes, there is also a set of drawers with a dressing area and hairdryer. The twin room also has fitted wardrobes with drawers. There is a separate shower room with a walk in shower, toilet and sink.

The kitchen has been modernised and has dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge, freezer, toaster, cafetier, and is equipped with plenty of crockery and utensils. The utility room houses the washing machine, extra sink, iron and ironing board, and cleaning equipment.

Puerto de la Duquesa is a picturesque marina with many bars and restaurants to suite every tastebud. The beaches are blue flag. Explore the upper decks too. It also offers full marine services. The area is a haven for golf enthusiasts and we can hire out golf clubs for those wishing to play, you will find such courses as Duquesa Golf, Dona Julia and Finca Cortesin

Sabinillas is a small town which has grown over the years from a fishing village, all the traditional spanish fiestas are celebrated here and you will find delicious fish restaurants along the beachfront.

For family day trips you there are many places to visit within an hours drive. Water parks, Selwo Adventure Park, Gibraltar, Marbella, Rhonda, boat trips, horse riding to name a few. There is a local company that offer coach trips to popular destinations if you prefer not to drive.
