The LodoSol Complex, Lo Pagan, San Pedro del Pinatar, was completed in March 2006 and was designed especially with the holidaymaker in mind. The complex benefits from its own bar and restaurant on the ground floor, which is open to both residents and non-residents.

Situated in a quiet location, yet only 5 minutes walk to local shops, bars and restaurants, and just 10 minutes walk to the Blue Flag beach of Playa De Villananitos on the Mar Menor. If you prefer a Mediterranean beach, a 5 minute drive will take you to the unspoilt beach at Playa La Llana.

This is a family friendly complex, and the main communal areas are serviced to three sides by lifts, steps and walkways, and complimented by well-kept gardens. The central attraction is the large communal pool (open from 1st May to 31st October) comprising a main swimming area accessed via both vertical steps and gradual entry at the shallow end. There is also a Jacuzzi spa and a separate pool for younger children. This whole area is totally secure making it very child friendly.

Our ground floor, south facing accommodation comprises of living area with comfy seating, dining table and four chairs, flat screen TV with DVD player, and patio doors leading out to sunny balcony. Fully fitted kitchen to include oven, hob, washing machine, fridge freezer, and all the sundry items required to make the most of your self-catering holiday.

Bedroom one is furnished with a double bed, bedside cabinets, built-in wardrobes, and ceiling fan. This bedroom benefits from the use of a bathroom with bath and shower over, w.c., bidet, and two wash hand basins.

Bedroom two has twin beds, bedside cabinet, built-in wardrobes, and ceiling fan. Patio doors lead out to the balcony. This bedroom benefits from the use of a shower room with w.c., wash hand basin, and shower cubicle.

Parking is available to the front of the LodoSol Complex, however our apartment also benefits from an allocated parking space within the underground car park. This area is accessed via remote control key system and provides access to all floors via lift and stairs.

This location is especially recommended for people who enjoy walking and cycling, as there is a variety of coastal walks, nature park reserve walks, and flat cycling paths, just minutes away from the apartment.

San Pedro Del Pinatar is situated in the Murcia region of Spain, also known as the Costa Calida. The town sits on the shores of the Mar Menor, the largest saltwater lagoon in Europe, and separated from the Mediterranean Sea by a 22 kilometre long strip of land called La Manga. For families with small children the clean sandy beach is very safe, with calm, shallow water. There is also an attractive promenade dotted with beachfront bars. The numerous bars, cafes and restaurants available provide a wide variety of drinks, meals and entertainment, catering for all tastes and budgets.

For golfers there are many golf courses located within a short drive including the popular La Manga Club.

The apartment is just 10 minutes drive from Murcia-San Javier Airport, and 50 minutes from Alicante.
