This modern ground floor apartment has been furnished and equipped to a high standard.
The living area has a L- shaped sofa with useful lift up storage and extending seating which can offer additional comfort and provides a good sized single bed if required, ideal for a child or youth.
The dark wood furniture theme runs throughout the apartment and provides a more traditional Spanish feel to it. A TV unit houses the flat screen TV and DVD player. The TV benefits from Spanish television. A matching coffee table is also provided.The lovely dining table has 4 chairs and is ideally located next to the kitchen entrance. There is also a hot and cold air conditioning unit in the living area.
The kitchen is equipped with a an oven and hob, fridge freezer and microwave oven. Other equipment includes a toaster, kettle, coffee maker and juicer together with all the necessary cooking utensils, pots,pans, cutlery and crockery to allow for full self catering. In addition to the fitted cupboards there is a very useful storage cupboard in the kitchen which is shelved.
From the rear of the kitchen there is a partially covered utility area and terrace where the washing and boiler are located.
The main bedroom has a double bed with 2 dark wood bedside tables and lamps, fitted wardrobes and a ceiling fan. There is also an additional drawer unit and combined vanity unit.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds with the option of sliding one under the other for additional space. This bedroom also has fitted wardrobes and a ceiling fan.
All the necessary bedding is provided.
The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, toilet, bidet and wash hand basin with mirror. Bath and hand towels are provided.
Outside the property has a covered terrace which overlooks the communal swimming pool. An external table and 4 chairs are provided. this property also benefits from a particularly large garden which is ideal for the sun worshipper who craves all day sunshine.
The communal pool has a children’s sections and is well maintained with grassed areas surrounding it.
A secure underground parking space also comes with this property.

There are plenty of amenities in the area with the large Mercadona supermarket literally 2 minutes walk away and then more choice at the commercial centre with Eroski and a selection of shops and places to eat including the tradional Spanish Restaurant “Patio Andaluz”. The main strip at Punta Prima offers even more choice of shops, banks, a chemist and bars and restaurants.
The beach and the sea front is also within walking distance with the bonus of a metal footbridge to cross over the main N332 coast road.
