This spacious 2 bed apartment is ideally situated close to supermarkets, shops, bars restaurants and the beach at Punta Prima.

The small complex has secure locking gates allowing only residents and guests access to the property and the lovely communal pool with well maintained green area.The apartment has a covered terrace to the front of the property, ideal if you need a break from the sunshine.

Inside, the apartment is bright and comfortably furnished to a high standard with a 3 seater sofa and armchair. Other furnishings include a coffee table , occasional table with lamp, wall unit and Tv unit with television and DVD player.

The lounge also benefits from hot and cold air conditioning in addition to a ceiling fan. An electric oil filled radiator is also provided for the cooler months.

In the dining area there is table and 4 chairs with easy access to the adjacent kitchen.

The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave oven and fridge freezer. Other equipment includes a toaster, kettle, juicer and coffee maker together with all the necessary cooking equipment, cutlery crockery etc to allow for full self catering. An iron and ironing board is also provided. The rear door from the kitchen leads out to a covered utility area where the washing and boiler are located together.

Stairs lead up from this utility area to the large private solarium where 2 sun loungers are provided together with an external table and chairs. There are lovely views of the sea and surrounding coast line from this vantage point.

The main bedroom has a double bed with an attractive headboard, 2 bedside tables with lamps and fitted wardrobes. An extra 4 drawer unit is also provided in the main bedroom together with a ceiling fan.

There are plenty of amenities in the area with the large Mercadona supermarket literally 2 minutes walk away and then more choice at the commercial centre with Eroski and a selection of shops and places to eat including the tradional Spanish Restaurant “Patio Andaluz”. The main strip at Punta Prima offers even more choice of shops, banks, a chemist and bars and restaurants.

The beach and the sea front is also within walking distance with the bonus of a metal footbridge to cross over the main N332 coast road.
