Large 2 bed ground floor apartment with own garden. (Sleeps 4) This lovely spacious apartment is fully furnished to a high standard and is conveniently located close to amenities. Ideal for long stay tenants who want to live in the area. 45 minutes south of Alicante airport or 25 minutes north from Murcia makes this very accessible. The living area is comfortably furnished with a sofa and matching armchair. A wall unit with a glass cabinet provides storage space and a home for the television and UKdigital package. A dining table and 4 chairs are also provided. From the lounge there are sliding patio doors that lead to the large front garden area The open kitchen has a breakfast bar with an attractive arch and galleria. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave and even a dishwasher. A separate utility room houses the washing machine and provides more useful storage space. All the necessary kitchen and cooking utensils and accessories are provided including a toaster, kettle and juicer. The main bedroom has a double bed, with bedside tables , lamps and bedroom stool. The main bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with bath, shower, w.c, bidet and wash hand basin in a vanity unit. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and bedside table with a lamp. Both bedrooms have generous fitted wardrobes. 2 sets of bedding are provided for each bed. There is a second bathroom with a shower, w.c and wash hand basin. Bath and hand towels are provided. Outside an external table and 6 chairs are provided. Parking is available in the road outside and a secure underground parking space is also available for an additional 35 euros per month. The lovely communal swimming pool is only a 1 minute walk away and is very well maintained. The walkways on the development are equally well maintained and include very nicely planted communal areas. This lovely apartment is finished throughout to a very high standard and is situated conveniently close to shops, a school and all amenities. The numerous beaches in the area are easily accessed only 10 minutes away by car. For the golfer there is a choice of 3 courses within a 15 minute drive. Very nice accommodation for a long stay or holiday.
