This nice house with 1 level is in a new fase of a big urbanisation. The house nr. 1 is direcly near the commune swimmingpool, which is open the year round, hourse nr. 2 is on the streetside. The urbanisation has an own way, so there is not a lot of traffic.
There is a livingroom with sleeping cauch, open kitchen, bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet. There are two bedrooms.
In the directly area are enough shops, bars and restaurants. Also there is a local for using telephone, telefax and internet.
On 500 meters from the house there is a bus stop with a frequent line to Alicante and Santa Pola.
The sand of Carabassi is very nice, but the road to that sand is very steep. We recommend a (rent-a)car, but the bus stops also at the beach. |
