The converted cave has under floor heating, with an alarm clock to help you wake up (as everyone says they sleep like a dream in this quiet room) for those early ski days. Shower/toilet room, and a large private garden around 32 m2 in total. Situated on the ground floor of a private house in rue des Pècles.

Apartment at les Pècles is an extension of the main road, 20 meters from the Vagabond (the old Brévent bar). This ground floor flat is south facing catching the day's sun, great views of Mont Blanc and the Bosson glacier. 350 Meters to the Cham sud bus stop. A 10-minute walk in ski gear up a steep hill to the Brévent ski area. Parking on street outside house.

Reservation deposit.
A deposit of 50% is required within 3 working days of the provisional booking. The reservation is not confirmed until this payment is made and deposited in our bank.

Payment 2.
Second payment (the last 50 %) is due 50 days before arrival. If the holiday is booked in less than 50 days of arrival, the total cost is requested in those 5 working days from the booking.

Payment can be made by:
* Cheque in €uros, to WILDSAND (or in pounds stirling for an agreed amount, but with a exchange cheque fee of 15 €s)
* Credit card -over the phone to Nicole or by printing the 0033450348820 credit card form filling in your particulars and faxing them to Nicole, by arrangement.
* Bank transaction. You will receive the necessary information on reply to your booking Email.

DISCOUNTS
10% discount applies if renting one apartment for more than 1 week, or more than one apartment, per week.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT

A refundable deposit of 500 € per apartment is payable upon arrival, at the collection of your keys or pre-paid during booking.
