The apartment is reached by climbing two flights of stairs, from where it looks out over a tree-filled courtyard garden. Upon entering the apartment, you are immediately in the spacious living room, which also contains a contemporary open kitchen and a dining area.

The large living room features two full-length, double-glazed French windows for a bright, airy and quiet ambiance. As one would expect, the room is beautifully decorated, with a controlled use of warm colors. Seating is comfortable and generous, with one sofa and several armchairs. Neighborhood

One of the capital's most colorful market streets, it is home to some of its best restaurants, cafes and food shops.

(Indeed, Queen Elizabeth was paraded here on her visit to Paris in 2004 to celebrate the centenary of the 'Entente Cordial'. Apparently, she loved the cakes from the famed Stohrer bakery, where you may find yourself on many a morning.)
