Out the green gates and you are in Montblanc, a charming little village surrounded by vineyards and beautiful open countryside, 10 minutes from Pezenas, 25 minutes from the sea and five minutes from a golf course.
There is a bar restaurant and various small shops, more bars and restaurants can be found in the surrounding villages and area, and a regular market. Montblanc is a flourishing wine-producing village with an historic 12th century church, and many narrow, twisting streets. There is, of course, a Cave Co-operative selling the locally produced wine.
