The villa is light, spacious and exceptionally well equipped; it has been equipped with new fittings and furniture when the house was completed.
The large lounge/dining area opens onto a south-facing terrace and pool area. It enjoys sun all day long and the terraces provide shady areas for outside dining. The main living area is open plan with large windows opening out to the terraces and pool area. This area is well appointed with large comfortable seating and dinning area, TV (English Channels), DVD.
There are 4 double bedrooms, the master bedroom is en-suite, a further 2 double bedrooms and one with three single beds, they are well appointed with high quality beds and bedding, there is also a cot and highchair available.
All the bedrooms have portable fans.
The English style Oak Shaker kitchen is large and very functional, with a large freezer an integral fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave and ceramic hob and doors leading out onto the terrace.
LOCATION
This villa was built in 2005 and is situated on the edge of the small town of Caux, amongst the Languedoc vineyards. Caux has the usual selection of small shops only a short walk away, with Pezenas a vibrant town only 5km away, with upmarket shops, restaurants, bars and a Saturday morning market.
It is ideally located to provide a relaxing holiday base, whilst being within easy reach of local attractions and activities.
The Mediterranean coast is 30 minutes to the south, the hills and mountains 30 minutes to the north, Montpellier, the thriving capital of the Languedoc is with its international airport (Ryanair, BA) is 45 minutes away by car..

Languedoc is one of the most prolific wine-producing areas of France and a happy afternoon can be spent touring the many vineyards and tasting the local produce.
Budget airlines fly regularly to Montpellier, Perpignan, Nimes, Carcassonne and Girona. Spain, Andorra and the Pyrenees are within easy reach. By rail, the TGV operates from Lille to Beziers or Agde. Eurostar has a non-stop service from Waterloo to Avignon (July to September). |
